Winston Churchill (Sir Winston Leonard Spencer-Churchill) was a British state man, writer and army man. He was born on 30th November 1874 in Oxfordshire, England. He served as a Prime Minister of United Kingdom from 1940-1945 and again 1951-1955. He was the leader of Conservative Party from 1940-1955. At the time of Second World War Churchill led Britain to victory. He received the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1953 for his proficiency of historical and biographical description.
